Fried foods, flours, sugars (substitute with healthy Stevia), dairy (try soy milk), cheese, no alcohol, coffee, soda (not even diet soda).

Positive Affirmations

When you see the numbers 11:11 on your clock (morning or night), instantly affirm what you want as those are the magical pilars of manifestation. For example: “My body is getting in better shape. I’m healthy and full of vitality. I eat foods that raise the energy and vibration of my body and physically transform me to my very best.” Keep saying that for the full minute (until the clock turns 11:12) and really feel and believe the words that you say!
